Refund policy

Commercial buyers (farmers and entrepreneurs within the meaning of Section 14 of the German Civil Code – BGB*) do not have a statutory right of withdrawal for online purchases, unlike private consumers (Section 355 BGB in conjunction with Section 13 BGB).

If you are a consumer (i.e. a natural person who places an order for purposes that cannot be attributed to your commercial or self-employed professional activity), you are entitled to a right of withdrawal in accordance with the statutory provisions.

Returns from the online shop can be requested via the account icon on our website: enter the email address used for the order, and a PIN will be sent to you by email for login. If you make use of this option, we will immediately (e.g. by email) confirm receipt of your withdrawal.

• Returns from private customers are accepted within 14 days.
• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
• Once the returned goods are received at our warehouse, the purchase price excluding shipping costs will be refunded.
• Promotional items, custom-made products, and software are excluded from returns.

* Definition of “Entrepreneur” – Section 14 BGB:
“An entrepreneur is a natural or legal person or a partnership with legal capacity who, when concluding a legal transaction, acts in the exercise of their commercial or self-employed professional activity.”
