Service request
Electric farm loaders from MONA Motors are designed for particularly low-maintenance use. The electric motor serves not only as a drive but also as a brake. This significantly reduces wear on the brakes and extends their service life.
Lithium-ion batteries are essentially maintenance-free. When handling the battery on a daily basis, there are a few points to consider to maximize its lifespan. Regular charging is essential to avoid deep discharge, as this can permanently damage the battery. Ideally, the battery should not be left completely discharged or fully charged for extended periods; a charge between 20-80% is recommended.
The MONA Solara electric farm loader operates at 48 volts, eliminating the need for special high-voltage tests, which further simplifies maintenance.
Compared to diesel machines, which require regular oil changes and extensive engine maintenance, electric farm loaders are generally less expensive to maintain because they do not require wearing parts such as air filters, fuel lines and spark plugs.
The hydraulic oil level and the transmission oil of the drive axles should be checked annually, even on electrically powered machines. It is also recommended to check the tire pressure.
