Funding for electric farm loaders & wheel loaders

The Federal Office for Agriculture and Food

The Federal Office for Agriculture and Food (BLE) promotes the use of electric farm and wheel loaders in order to reduce the environmental impact of agriculture and support the transition to sustainable drive technologies. As part of this funding, agricultural companies can receive financial grants for the purchase of electrically powered machines. The aim of the BLE is to reduce CO₂ emissions, reduce dependence on fossil fuels and at the same time reduce farmers' operating costs. Electric farm and wheel loaders not only offer ecological advantages, but also score points with lower noise levels and lower maintenance costs. The funding includes both new investments and conversions of existing machines to electric drives. With this program, the BLE wants to drive forward the modernization of agriculture and further increase the industry's contribution to climate protection.
